Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service center within 7 days of purchase.

Exchange
- Exchange Eligibility: Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure the product is unused, with the price label attached, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
- Exclusions: Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
- Color and Texture Variations: Due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen. Products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
- Exchange Process: After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange for a product of the same price value.
Refunds
- Refund Process: Refunds are issued only for returns of defective products once they have been reviewed and approved by our team.
